THE LIGHTER DELICACY

This short film production is parts of Sorawut Kittibanthorn’s thesis for Central Saint Martins, MAMF. 

A Lighter Delicacy is a newly developed material turning wasted chicken feather into a luxury meal.

The project aims to challenge people’s perception on chicken feathers as an edible ingredient,

and exploit the full nutritional potential of what’s historically been a by-product of the chicken farming process. It’s now selected and published on Nowness Asia site and Nowness global youtube channel.

 

Working as an art assistant  of this film, All the plating design, sets and storyboard are design

from elements of chicken farming process.
